BIG NEWS! SAFE HOUSE DONATED!

BIG NEWS! SAFE HOUSE DONATED!

As of last month, a safe house for victims to have emergency shelter has been donated for Redeem to utilize! We are so so excited for this and cannot wait to begin using it. We have learned through helping recent victims off the streets and into the long term programs that sometimes it can take a few days and maybe more in order to process them. We realized we need a consistent place for them to stay until we can get them into the best program that fits their needs. After we fix this house up we will be using it to get victims who are asking for immediate help into. Thank you for all your prayers and donations and we cannot wait to share more about this project and development of this!

Even with only 2 Take the City Outreaches under my belt, they have made such an impact in my own personal journey of faith, and others I have crossed paths with! The most special part to me is knowing that even if I meet someone and I never see them again, I know God has allowed me to touch their heart and plant a seed that I couldn’t have done sitting at home. I’m so thankful for this organization because it truly has allowed me to connect with others, with the goal of bringing them closer to Christ, while becoming closer with God myself at the same time.
