Redeem - Our Team is Growing Redeem has been consistently going out on Fridays to pour the love of Jesus to many women, children and families. On one particular night, God had a different plan. While two of our team members were walking by a hotel door, they heard a beautiful voice singing unto the Lord. They knocked and waited patiently to meet the person behind the voice. He answered with open arms. The young man said he had been living in the hotel after losing employment and being unfairly treated while teaching music. Ellen and a few others gave him a rose and shared God’s love with him. Ellen led him into a forgiveness prayer that helped him forgive those that had hurt him. The presence of the Lord fell upon him as he forgave being hurt, manipulated and deceived throughout his music career. He was blessed by the time our team took to pray with him and help him see how forgiveness was holding him hostage.  Our Redeem team would like to be able to lead more to forgiveness and knowing the love of God. Harvest Nights

Did you know every third Thursday of the month believers from all over the Valley area are gathering to worship Jesus and to pray over their communities together? One of our core values here at Take the City concerns unifying churches from all different denominations and cultural backgrounds. For us it is one of our greatest joys and privileges to use the prayer room, Harvest House of Prayer, for this very purpose.

We invite you to come join us and see what God is doing on these Harvest Nights! These nights of worship combined with our Saturday outreaches create a powerful equipping force in the lives of believers, as we learn what it means to worship, pray, evangelize, and make disciples who make disciples in our city and beyond. So come on out, get involved, meet like-minded believers, and let’s worship the Lord together!
