The We Hear You film premiered on Sunday June 21st; within 24 hours it was viewed more than 25,000 times!  Since then, we have received word that people from Sweden, Germany, and even the Philippines have watched.  This film is causing people all over to move beyond thoughts and into conversations with one another to come to a place of understanding.This short documentary film captures the untold story of how God is moving in the wake of the unjust death of George Floyd. In the midst of all the pain, confusion, and unrest, there is an incredible glimmer of hope that is being sparked as the body of Christ is responding with compassion and love. This is a film that aims to answer, in part, what the church can do to respond to the cries of our nation for justice and racial equality.  ‘We Hear You’ Film Shows How God is Moving to Heal the Hurt and Division in America-CBN News The goal of the film is to inspire action in the church in three ways. Even with only 2 Take the City Outreaches under my belt, they have made such an impact in my own personal journey of faith, and others I have crossed paths with! The most special part to me is knowing that even if I meet someone and I never see them again, I know God has allowed me to touch their heart and plant a seed that I couldn’t have done sitting at home. I’m so thankful for this organization because it truly has allowed me to connect with others, with the goal of bringing them closer to Christ, while becoming closer with God myself at the same time.
