We can transform a city… 

The idea that we can actually transform an entire city can at times seem a bit overwhelming or even idealistic but if you look through the Bible you will see that God has a heart to transform cities. His desire is that entire cities and regions would be rebuilt, restored and renewed. He sent Jesus into the world not so that he could condemn our cities but rather so that He could save them (Jn 3:17).

The vision that God has given us at Take the City is to see entire cities transformed by the power of Gospel. We believe that the only solution to the problems our cities are facing is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our area desperately needs the sons and daughters of God to bring this message of reconciliation. We believe that as the church serves our community by meeting basic needs and bringing the gospel message that our community will never be the same!

This summer my family made a huge step of faith when we decided to launch into this ministry full time. We believe that God has huge plans for this area and that it is now time to invest ourselves 100% to seeing this area transformed.
