In early December, we decided to move our weekend equipping weekend to an online 6 week live school. Little did we know that by the time we finished our last session all of our events would be cancelled and we would all be in the midst of a global pandemic. Our first school prepared us for what was to come: many people are hungry for the Gospel more now then ever. We felt our first school was a success, and as all our other events were cancelled, we chose to launch our second Online Reach school. This one is a 4 week intensive going through foundational topics in discovering the Joy of doing the will of the Father.

Even with only 2 Take the City Outreaches under my belt, they have made such an impact in my own personal journey of faith, and others I have crossed paths with! The most special part to me is knowing that even if I meet someone and I never see them again, I know God has allowed me to touch their heart and plant a seed that I couldn’t have done sitting at home. I’m so thankful for this organization because it truly has allowed me to connect with others, with the goal of bringing them closer to Christ, while becoming closer with God myself at the same time.
